HARD RESET OF WINDOWS / MICROSOFT PHONE
This helps you clear all your data from your phone , for instance when your lock screen is block you can hard reset it with these proceses below.:
Two ways to factory/hard reset your windows phone
1. off mode (when the phone is on)
2. on mode (when the phone is off)
On Mode
follow the steps:
* Go to settings as shown below
* Press about from the settings menu
* Go to reset your phone and then Press ok.
* And your phone is reset.
Off Mode
* Turn off the phone
* Press and hold Volumedown button ,release the button when you see Exclamation mark (!)
* Press the following buttons continuosly
* Volume up
* Volume down
* Power
* Volume down
then the phone will Reset and Reboot.
